Claim your @username
An X username is a payment address on CRYPTO. Anyone can be paid at a handle — and anyone can send without an account. Proving the username is the one step that needs identity: it is how CRYPTO knows the right person is attaching the payout wallet. No ID documents, no KYC. CRYPTO never holds your funds or your keys.
- 1. Prove you control the X account — sign in with X, or post a one-time code.
- 2. Choose where the money lands — a passkey account, or an external wallet if you already use one. No funds move.
- 3. Anything reserved for your username becomes payable to that wallet.
Verification needs a short-lived CRYPTO session so the proof can be tied to the wallet you attach. Sending crypto never does.
